24/7: The facebook group, the playlists, your feature in our Dream Team Directory, and emails to me!

Scheduled: The live Ped-head Primer Monthly's (dates delivered to your inbox at the top of the month), open teaching hours (scheduled via calendly), and 1-1's with me (scheduled via the link in your monthly email.

WHO IS IT FOR?

You (FABULOUS ROCK STAR OF A CLIENT, YOU) understand that you pay when you sign up for the Dream Team subscription and that each subsequent monthly payment will be auto-billed every 30 days.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the MADDIE TARBOX VOCAL STUDIO LLC website and subscription services.

BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE I (Maddie Tarbox) assume that you (FABULOUS ROCK STAR OF A CLIENT, YOU) accept these Terms & Conditions in full (you clicking the little check box also helps make me SUPER CONFIDENT that you accept them so thanks for doing that).

FINANCIAL PRIVACY:

I (Maddie Tarbox) want you (FABULOUS ROCK STAR OF A CLIENT, YOU) to know that when you pay for stuff on this site, ALL of your confidential financial information is held with Stripe and I do not see any of it.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:

You (FABULOUS ROCK STAR OF A CLIENT, YOU) understand that you pay when you sign up for the Dream Team subscription and that each subsequent monthly payment will be auto-billed every 30 days.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR PAYMENTS PREVIOUSLY MADE. < Just makin' sure ya got that!

You (FABULOUS ROCK STAR OF A CLIENT, YOU) agree to update me on any necessary payment method changes. Should this happen you agree to shoot me an email and I agree to send you a new secure link to get your card information into Stripe.

CANCELLATIONS:

You (FABULOUS ROCK STAR OF A CLIENT, YOU) understand that in order to cancel your subscription you will simply email me the request and your subscription will be cancelled starting the following month, no questions asked. You also understand that you must cancel before the first of the month in order to not be charged for that following month. Put simply, there are no refunds to payments previously made. 

You also understand that while you can cancel any time, you can only rejoin once a year.

ONLINE SESSIONS:

When you (FABULOUS ROCK STAR OF A CLIENT) and I (Maddie Tarbox) meet online for our sessions with the rest of the Ped-Heads, by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that ELECTRONIC WEIRDNESS MAY OCCUR, that some of the session may be interrupted by FIGURING OUT TECHNOLOGY, and that you are cool with that and understand that WE GET TO MEET EVEN THOUGH WE LIVE A MILLION KILOMETERS AWAY FROM EACH OTHER IN REAL LIFE so if there are a few interruptions or delays, we're still cool.

SESSION RECORDINGS

You (FABULOUS ROCK STAR OF A CLIENT, YOU) acknowledge that Ped-Head Primers will be recorded and stored on the private log-in area of the website and that ALL CONTENT of every session is my (Maddie Tarbox's) intellectual property and, as such, may not be distributed or released for public viewing on any platform without my express written permission. You also #pinkyswear not to do this to yourself because: WHY WOULD YOU? WHHHYYYY??!

PED-HEAD PROS:

You (FABULOUS ROCKSTAR OF A CLIENT, YOU) understand that we may have special guests who would prefer to put a time limit on access to their training and that this is no big deal. It’s super cool we get to learn from these exceptional pedagogues at all. You also  understand thatif this happens, it is your  responsibility to watch the material before it expires.

PRIVATE LOGIN:

You (FABULOUS ROCK STAR OF A CLIENT, YOU) understand that your log-in access is for you AND YOU ALONE. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree to not share your log-in information with anyone (also we will know so... JUST DON’T DO IT K?). If we find that you have shared your log-in information your access will be immediately revoked with no refund.
